The lawsuit related to the technologies Apple owns are on an escalated, when the FaceTime feature is the latest attack on the issue.
According to Cnet today 7.8, a Taiwanese man named Lee has just brought a lawsuit alleging FaceTime feature is used on the iPhone 4 and 4S have used some technology because he owns.Mr Lee said that the technology "support network of individual" being used on FaceTime was he to register copyright in 2003.
A lawsuit was Lee transferred to the Court in Zhenjiang (China) accepting, and was accepted.Lee did not give any figures to force Apple to financial compensation, which he wants Apple has a clear explanation and to take strict measures to prevent copyright infringement status.
